Absolutely fantastic job!! Tim and Israel came out to fix a burst pipe in the middle of December and had it done in under an hr! Call Charlie’s first if you need anything done, they are excellent.

Snaking drains. Installation of water softener. Alec was here all day and just the best. We’ve had some major plumbing repairs in the last month and Charlie’s has been excellent, best ever! I appreciate Rachel who triages the calls and has gotten right back to me. So thank you for your great service, great people, excellent company!

We have two properties in Jackson, WY, with issues at both. The most time-sensitive issue was some of our units at one property were only emitting hot water, no cold water at all! I had to have called at least 50 plumbers between Jackson and different towns in Idaho with no luck. Charlie's Plumbing called me back very quickly and moved things around on their schedule to get someone out to our property the next day! I was very impressed with the staff (the office staff and the guys who came out). While they tried their best to help out, the boiler issue needed someone who specialized in that and they referred me to another company (who also came out fairly quickly!). Charlie's Plumbing is now our people to call on! I completely trust them and appreciate their amazing customer service and professionalism.

These guys are top notch to work with. Professional, friendly, punctual & fair. I thought I knew the issue I was having with some long-standing problems but when Tim arrived he was quick to correctly diagnose the real issue & he was able to fix it all right away. Very nice, knowledgeable young guy with an obvious passion for his work. Really glad I called them. Definitely recommend these guys to others looking for a plumber.
